| Here is the bird nest that I thought I posted yesterday. With my new glasses on my face, I know that this IS the nest instead of the squirrel I mistook for a nest on Tuesday. Oh, well, I always informed my first graders that the first thing I wore out on a pencil was its eraser. "It's okay to make a mistake" according to Workshop Way Philosophy (taught by Sister Grace Pilon) which I used in my classroom. |

Just shows that I had the wrong glasses on as well - mind you - having double vision and three pairs of glasses does make that quite normal for me... And I still don't know what bird built it.
I am smiling! I was looking so hard in the first photo. I did wonder if you'd put the wrong one there. The nest is certainly a pretty robust one but as to what built it I have no idea.
