| Wilson was a junior high school (now they're called middle school) "back in the day." Luckily, it wasn't torn down, but as one can read, it's now an apartment house. In each apartment, something remains to show that it was once a school. Also, behind this section, an addition built onto it, is the Maring-Hunt Public Library. It is grand! This kind of foresight is unusual in our city. Bravo to the city government for this beautiful, old building being saved and put to excellent use! linking to Signs, Signs |
