| I took a photo of my TV screen when I paused "Richard Simmons' Silver Foxes" CD workout with which I do my workout. I think Richard's mom's outfit looks pacific blue. She's on the far right. But I decided to enter my sneaker. |

that sure looks like "Pacific Blue" to me! I didn't know Richard Simmons had a silver foxes DVD! I should get it! I used to LOVE HIM!

Collage Videos on-line are cheaper than Richard's web site. It's a workout that gets your blood flowing with no jumping around. :) It does the trick of alleviating my fibromyalgia pain.
I think the words "cool down" are a good match, too! This post made me giggle...Richard Simmons is sure full of life, isn't he?
