I like the different colors that the signs have.

I like the sound of fountains too - much better than trapping the poor fish!
Certainly a serious line up of signs pointing out that this is a relaxation area only! The area sounds lovely!
Does that mean catch and release any swimmers that choose to not follow the rules? haha!

surely the fountain wouldn't help with the fishing?
I like to watch fishermen (women if there are any, but it is usually men) sitting quietly...
There are few more soothing sounds than running water.
