Watery Wednesday

Looks like a small but flooding waterfall beyond the trees! One of the great things about spring is the amount of water flowing through the streams and rivers, unless it gets into real flooding!!

Soon, the leaves will block this view and create an entirely different scene.

Water always has some very special attraction. I find it so mesmerising to stand and watch.

I'd like to thank you for visiting my blog and always leaving kind comments. I don't have a lot of time to visit others but wanted to make a point of coming over to say hi.
I enjoy photography myself as a hobby and provide my own photos when writing articles...let me say, I've improved greatly over the years.
Have a great weekend.

I love the composition with the branches hiding a bit of the river. Are you close by?

Sheila, thankfully we've had no flooding from the river.
Lesley, when that happens, I'll need to get another shot, right?
Sheila, water is calming to view or hear.
Judith, thanks for the visit. ~blessings~
Anyes, this part of the river is on the other side of town and runs in front of the Ball family mansions. Now all those homes are used by the university and Minnetrista Cultural Center.
I'm about 5 minutes away from another leg of White River.
Thank you,

This looks so much like my own beloved river. I love this photo. Thank you for visiting today--I loved your story about the April Fool's joke your husband played on your Mum. ((hugs))

Have a lovely day, despite all the April Fools day jokes. ((hugs))

Wow, no more snow and water is already flowing abundantly! Here, we still have heaps of snow, but they're melting quickly now.
Nice river shot. It also looks to me like waterfalls behind the bare trees.
