Project 64: Burnt Orange

The orange of the icing doesn't show up as dark as the naked eye perceived.  But still they look yummy, don't they?  They are quite tasty, and they're mini!

Fall to me is the season of the warmest, richest and loveliest colors.  And burnt orange is my favorite color of its array of hues.
I assure you that I was not driving taking the last photo; my son was.  But I have finally learned to take my camera with me, no matter where I'm destined to go!

Now...for my choice, I'm torn between the lovely light of the Sugar Maple tree and the contrast of pink and orange on the coneflower.  Or should it be the cupcakes or marigold?  Hmm...so which shall it be?   I think this week's choice is the coneflower.
