Project 64: Blue Green

I hadn't yet found blue-green for this week's color for Project 64.  However while I was showering I looked at the loofah, and thought, "I think this might be a match."  By the time, I was dressed and getting ready to compare the loofah to the color swatch I'd scribbled on an index card, my granddaughter and Myah had arrived.  So I asked Charley to join me in the bathroom to compare.  She thought it did match, and then she pointed out other items in there.  Since I had to get closer to the box that's on my wall cabinet to photograph it, the height brought attention to my shoes.  Do you know on what I'm standing?  Yes, that's right, the toilet.  tee hee...  BTW, the box didn't match so I didn't include it.  The painting is by a beloved artist of mine- the wife of my son Derek.
Drum roll, please,  Margaret Ann's painting is my entry!

I love the painting. I'm sure that it's not for me to say but I think that standing on a toilet seat is a little risky. They can so easily slide around when one steps off and I hate for you to do yourself an injury.

Your daughter-in-law is one very talented girl!

GB, my granddaughter was standing right beside me, but thank you for your concern. I wouldn't have done it if she hadn't been there.

Yes, she is very talented! Of course, her hubby (my son) is talented also. He's the one who did the stained glass snowflake.

Lovely painting. I see why she is one of your favorites. Better to stand on a toiled seat lid than a rolling chair (like I'm apt to do at times) ;-)
