There are too many cats around our village for me to see many rabbits and I don't think that we have hares on the Island. After 40 years I should know for certain. Possibly too early in the morning for my brain to be awake.

Come to think of it, I have not seen any hares on the fields this year; last year, I sometimes came across one when I was out for a run.
