A Photo a Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 298 about Signs

According to the newspaper, this establishment will no longer be open on this street (Walnut) after October.  It will be moving to an area called The Village by locals.  The Village is located in the university area making it easy for BSU students to walk to it.

A Photo a Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 296- Macro Monday

No thing can compete with the sound of water
for settling one's distress, whatever the source. In addition to the soothing sound, my eyes were glued to the bubbles being made by the waterfall.
Take a look at Lisa's Macro Monday for other visions using the macro lens.

“When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs.
When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.”

Eye-catching for sure!
red leaves  in abundance seen,
I love autumn's hues!

Sky blue, with no clouds,
beautifully tinted trees,
nature at her best!

Delights of Autumn
In a neighboring
park sit trees for savoring
delights from nature.

A Photo a Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 290

A gift from Mimi,
squishy, lovey baby doll.
What a sweet "Momma!"

 Cake with princesses,
and a castle for their home
toys for Myah's play!
(The cake- an ice cream cake! Oh, yum!)

I had to capture the gorgeous curls of my dumpling. She was watching her Nana.
By the way, Myah has named her grandma (my daughter) Nana, and my new moniker is Mimi.

A Photo a Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 286

Striking, colorful
are the trees in the autumn.
Eye-candy for us!

This light-filled capture was snapped from my deck.

A Photo a Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 285

Curiosity
enticed Ting Ting to the bag,
she's inside... and caught!

Putting away groceries, I normally just let the bags drop until all the refrigerated bits and pieces are safely put away in the fridge. But that's only part of it, I enjoy watching Jax and Ting's antics with bags while I'm occupied with mundane tasks.  My youngest son had gone with me to heft heavier items.  When he saw Ting immersed in the bag, he picked her up.  So, I had to stop right there and snap her photo.  I want to assure my cat people, she was put down as soon as I caught her image.
Do you suppose this is how the saying of "letting the cat out of the bag" originated? I wonder...

A Photo a Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 284

This is a salute to Picmonkey!  I love their site because it is so user-friendly. No, I'm not getting recompense for this praise.  I admire whoever put this wonderful asset that is provided for amateur photographers as I am, at no cost.  Everything one needs to edit one photo or a collage is literally at one's fingertips.  Let's hear a cheer for PICMONKEY!
An aside- I chose these photos to celebrate what is probably the last sight of these gorgeous flowers this year. The leaves are showing signs that the growing season is finished.  Happy day to you all!
