| Today is Friday of the 3rd week of Lent; therefore, I thought it was the proper day to show this photo. About a month ago I switched the location of my Jewel Tea dish collection for my religious items. Most of these were gifts from family or students. Having been a Catholic teacher for 30 years, it was fitting to receive gifts like these. I cherish each one. |

Weekend Reflections

| linking to James' Weekend Reflections My curio cabinet once held the urn in which my husband's ashes preside. Since we had the interment ceremony, I moved the religious statues to an open display cabinet, and now the curio cabinet houses my Jewel Tea (Hall China Co.) collection. I started collecting these because Jewel Tea revs up sweet memories of my mom. |
