Signs Signs

You can see other signs here.
If my car were available, I'd be Mall walking and I might indulge in liquid refreshment from this center.  This month our drought seems to be the main topic for conversations in person, on Facebook and elsewhere.

A Photo a Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 56

filling my honey jar

Going to a health food store called Winding Way Farms which is across from the Muncie Mall on McGalliard, I discovered a delicious honey harvested in Indiana.  I took home a one-pound jar, hoping it would be as tasty as Texas honey.  It was!  So the next time I was on that side of town, I bought a five-pound jar.  I'd recommend it to anyone who is trying to eat healthily.  The name of the producer is Brian Hardie of Kokomo, Indiana.  It puts to shame honey sold in the groceries.

Signs, Signs

When I saw this sign, I thought...
why would someone
want to experience this?
just because?

Project 64: Macaroni and Cheese

Betsy is my bear made by dear daughter-in-law's
sister Mary.  I love that she made it especially for me...
and that Betsy is unique!

This photo was shot at the Muncie Mall in
a newly opened shoe store.

Which is my entry?  I have to go with unique Betsy!

Weekend Reflections

Linking up with James at Weekend Reflections
Considering both signs and reflections and liking the name of this little
shop (Icing
) in our mall, I shot this vista.
Checking to see how it looked,
I then saw that I had another "two fer"
with the added reflection in Elder Beerman's
window. BTW Icing carries jewelry, scarves and
other accessories that add the icing to
a lady's appearance.

Signs, Signs

I went to the Muncie Mall today looking for shoes.
Instead I bought the cutest purse...ON SALE!
This photo could work for Weekend Reflections too.
As we say... "a two fer"; only it's not
the weekend.  That's a time when I definitely wouldn't
visit the mall.
