Rescued and belov'd!
Son Derek and his wife just adopted Justice from a rescue group in Michigan two days ago. I'm told that there was a long phone visit and a person-to-person visit before the adoption was approved. That shows how much they care for those for whom they are responsible.
She has bonded with her new "momma" and "dad" already. As you can tell from the photos I took this morning, she loves the pond. I think that she is gorgeous.

Giving a troubled child or animal a new home is, in my book, one of the best "good deeds" people can do.
I echo Meike's words and would add that Justice looks a beautiful beast.
